Aira heat pumps
Air/water monobloc 1 series
Aira is a Swedish clean-energy company founded in 2022 and based in Stockholm. It sells heat pumps directly to homeowners in Germany, the UK and Italy, including planning, installation and a service plan. Its own-brand heat pump is an R290 air-to-water monoblock in 6, 8 and 12 kW sizes with Aira indoor units (all-in-one tank or hydro box); Aira builds the heat pumps in its factory in Wrocław, Poland, which opened in 2024. The system is controlled through the Aira app and thermostat.

Aira Air-to-water monoblock
The whole refrigerant circuit sits in one outdoor unit; only water pipes run into the house. The most common choice for retrofits, because no refrigerant lines need to be installed inside.
