Tesla Model S
P100DL
The Tesla Model S P100DL went 515 km at 90 km/h at around 15 °C in the test, despite 21-inch wheels and partly wet roads. At about 2,400 kg it is heavy, and the big wheels and cooler, wetter weather likely cost it range compared with the Hyundai Kona, which managed a similar distance in warmer conditions with a smaller battery. On a good day with 19-inch wheels, about 550 km should be possible. At low charge the pack voltage was low, so CHAdeMO charging gave only about 38 kW; topping up there between 50 and 70% is recommended.
