NIO ET7
100 kWh
The NIO ET7 100 kWh covered 459 km at 90 km/h in the winter test at around −1 °C on dry roads. It was judged the quietest car tested so far, quieter even than the EQS, with a German-feeling ride, but the lane assist zigzagged in curves and the power output kept pulsing at steady speed. It used less energy than the EQS but more than a Tesla, and charging peaked at about 105 kW rather than the advertised 140 kW. The battery also delivered about 2 kWh less than the same pack in an ES8, possibly a sign of degradation.
