BMW iX3
80 kWh (2021)
The BMW iX3 covered 442 km at 90 km/h in the test at around 12 to 18 °C, neck and neck with the Volkswagen ID.4. The rear-wheel-drive SUV proved very efficient for its size, well ahead of other German rivals such as the Audi e-tron. About 74 kWh of usable energy was measured, with almost no extra loss at 120 km/h, where it still managed 318 km. It was quiet on rough tarmac, if not as quiet as the e-tron, but the adaptive headlights reacted slowly and the cabin could not be cooled while charging below 10%.
