The newer Vitocal 200-A ie (R290, 6 to 12 kW size classes) carries the hydraulics, circulation pump and heating element in the outdoor unit, so a single indoor unit with controller is enough; several outdoor units can be cascaded. The earlier Vitocal 200-A (201.A, R410A) is still on the grant list. The Modbus TCP connection via the Vitogate 300 gateway and the SG Ready and EVU lock contacts are documented for the 201.A models with the Vitotronic 200 (WO1C) controller; the 200-A ie uses the One Base platform.
