No. Zerofy runs entirely in the cloud and controls devices through the manufacturers' interfaces.
Zerofy users within 50 km who are not yet assigned to an installer. Partners who support the user's PV system or heat pump appear first, sorted by distance, followed by everyone else. Customers who have already redeemed a partner's code don't see the directory at all, so your own customers are never shown another installer.
Yes. As you grow you can move to a whitelabel app with your own app store listing, or to the Zerofy HEMS API. Your customers come with you.
