If you are a utility customer with a smart meter in Great Britain you can access the consumer portal at n3rgy to get your metering data. You can also import the data directly into the Zerofy app, as described below:
Step 1. Sign-up at n3rgy consumer portal
- Head to the n3rgy consumer portal
- Sign-up and give consent to access your data to n3rgy
You will need the following to sign-up:
- MPxN: means either the last 13 digits of your MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number) or your MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number). You can find these on your electricity and gas bills.
- After you entered your MPxN number, n3rgy will ask for your IHD MAC address or CIN value for authentication. You can find these on or your home display (Settings or About menu, and it is called either MAC, GUID or EUI). Additional details.
After you signed-up and give consent it may take a while until n3rgy has set up your access.
Step 2. Automatically load your data into the Zerofy app
Now you can import your consumption data into the Zerofy app. Once you enter the credentials the data will be imported and updated automatically continuously.
- Go to Profile -> Settings -> Smart Meters and Utility -> n3rgy
- Enter your IHD Mac (without colons) in the field. (The format should be and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx not xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx)
That’s it, your metering data will show in Zerofy shortly.
